Stimpson's Piece

Project Description

Stimpson's Piece Pavilion is the main community building next to the playing fields at Stimpsons Piece. The pavilion is used every weekday as a Nursery for pre-school children, and at weekend for sporting and social groups.

The Stimpson's Piece LCCC projects comprise:

1. Ground Source Heat Pump and new radiators

2. Solar PV panels

3. New Boiler

Benefits

Income generated from the Feed in Tariff (solar PV) and Renewable Heat Incentive (heat pump) will be used to develop further carbon reduction projects at Stimpsons Piece.

Implementation

The projects will be delivered during the summer, to coincide with a break in the Nursery School and Sporting activities.
